Creating a Distribution List from a Template

From the
Create new card in the
Content pane, select
Distribution Lists.
For example,
The Distribution List page appears.
- Enter a List Name.

To add one or more documents to the list, expand
Documents, click
Add, and then select one of the following
options:
Add new documents to the parent object,
Enter names and numbers,
Select objects from Basket, or
Use the search.
When you are finished, click Relate.
The selection is added to the distribution list.

To select the people to be added to the distribution list, expand
Persons, then click
Add, and then select one of the following
options:
Enter names and numbers,
Select objects from Basket, or
Use the Search.
Note: Each person on the distribution list must have an "Active" status, in order to receive the documents.
When you are finished, click Finish.
The selection is added to the distribution list.
- When you are finished, click Save.
