Replacing a File on the Files Topic

To replace files on approved documents from the Files topic, use the following procedure.

Important: Your active scope must match the scope the approved document is in.

Delete the file on the document under the Files topic (see Deleting Files from the Files Topic)
Add the new file on the document under the Files topic (see Adding a File from the Files Topic).
