Follow these steps to check in a document from ProjectWise which has already been checked out and changes were made in ProjectWise.

In AssetWise ALIM Web, open the document that you modified in ProjectWise and want to check back into AssetWise ALIM Web, by doing one of the following:

• From the document object, select the Object menu, and then select Check In from ProjectWise, or
• When a folder is selected from the ProjectWise navigation panel, select Bulk check in for all the documents registered in this folder, or
• When a document is selected from the ProjectWise navigation panel, select Check In from ProjectWise.

After the document is checked in to AssetWise ALIM Web, the changes that were made in the ProjectWise file are updated in AssetWise ALIM Web, and the ProjectWise document is locked.
