Configuring the Revision Action Setting

Note: The following setting is a prerequisite to using the AssetWise ALIM ProjectWise Connector Level 2 Connector.

Follow these steps to set the document revision action.

  1. In AssetWise ALIM Web, select the Settings icon ( ), and then select the System Preferences link.
  2. Expand the ProjectWise group.
  3. In the ProjectWiseLevel2RevisionAction box, select one of the following options from the list:

    ReviseAlways: Select this option to always revise documents even if the current revision is not approved

    or

    OnlyApproved: Select this option if you want to revise a document only if its current revision is set to "Approved".

  4. When you are finished, click Save.
