Viewing a File in Brava!

Follow these steps to view a file in Brava!, from AssetWise ALIM Web.
  1. Open the object that contains the file that you want to view in Brava.
  2. Expand the Files topic, and then select the file that you want to view.
  3. From the selected file's Object menu, select View File in Brava! For example,

    Brava! launches in a new browser window, and displays the file.

    Tip: You can also open the Brava! viewer by selecting View Files in Brava! from the document tasks, or from a search result. If you open the viewer in this manner, the file name selector list displays all files in the document, allowing you to switch between files that you want to view.
  4. Examine the file as needed, via one of the following viewer modes: Viewer, Metadata, or Markup Layers. For more information, see Viewer Modes.
  5. When you are finished, close the window.
