Follow these steps
to move a document revision to the As Built folder in
ProjectWise.
In
AssetWise ALIM Web, open the most
recent document revision.
From the
Object menu, select
Approve.
The document is moved from the change request
folder to the
As Built folder in
ProjectWise, and its
Status is set to
"Final".
