Configuring the Document to Project Relationship Template Name

Note: This setting is a prerequisite to using the AssetWise ALIM ProjectWise Connector Level 2 Connector.

For the ProjectWise Level 2 , only documents related to the project with a specific relationship are registered to ProjectWise. This is defined in the Document to Project relationship.

Follow these steps to define the document to project relationship template.

  1. In AssetWise ALIM Web, select the Settings icon ( ), and then select the System Preferences link.
  2. Expand the ProjectWise group.
  3. In the ProjectWiseDocumentToProjectRelationshipTemplateName box, enter the document name that is used for the template ProjectWise document to project relationship
    Note: Only "Approved" Document to Project relationship templates appear in the list.
  4. When you are finished, click Save.
