Follow these steps
to publish the contents of a folder, including the object instance data,
hierarchies, and files (documents only), in
AssetWise ALIM Web.
From the
Explorer
list, select the folder to be published.
From the
Object menu, select
Publish.
The Publisher Folder wizard opens.
Select one of the following options:
Publish
View files only (hidden files are excluded)
Publish all
Media Files
Don't
publish any Media Files
Click
Next.
A status message appears once the Publishing wizard has collected
enough information to proceed.
