Registering a Prototype from a Change Request
When a change
request has more than one affected documents, you can register multiple
prototype documents with
ProjectWise in bulk.
- Open the change request that you want to register with ProjectWise.

From the
Object menu, select
Register documents with ProjectWise.
The ProjectWise Bulk Registration dialog
appears displaying the
Registration Mode as
"Reference", and the
ProjectWise Path of the folder where the
documents will be saved.
Note: A Registration Mode of Reference indicates that the file attached to the protoype document resides in ProjectWise, and that AssetWise ALIM Web is referencing that file via a hyperlink.
Both registered and non-registered prototype documents appear on the dialog.

Select one or more available prototype documents to register with
ProjectWise, and then click
Register.
For example,
A temporary message appears stating that the registration request has been accepted.
