Viewing Accepted Documents

After all submittal responses have been processed, internal users can view documents that have been accepted to and rejected from the submittal. You may also view documents that were rejected from a submittal, by Viewing Rejected Documents.

This topic describes how to view documents that were accepted to a submittal.

In AssetWise ALIM Web, open the submittal for which you want to view accepted documents.
Expand the Related Documents topic to view any accepted documents. For example,

Note: The Related Documents topic is visible to external users, however they are not able to expand it to view its contents.
You can select a document from the list, to view its details.

Applicable work orders are created and associated to each document based on the system settings and values entered in the submittal spreadsheet.
