Downloading a Single File in a Document

Follow these steps to download one file from a document.

Note: If you want to download all files associated with a document, see Downloading All Files.

Open the document from which you want to download a file.
Expand the Files topic.
Locate the file that you want to download, and then from its Object menu, select Get Local Copy. For example,

Note: Depending on your browser, you might be prompted to save the file.
Repeat Step 3 for each file that you want to download.
